Food service request for special functions can be ordered through www.NMCcatertrax.com.
Requesters are asked to complete a one time registrations on the web site to allow access to place orders.
To complete special function form, the following information will be needed : Name of Function; Date, Pick up time, Meeting start time, Cost Center, and food order.
General special function orders will available for ‘Pick Up’ from Nutritional Services. Orders will be set up on using disposables. Left over product will belong to the ordering department, and should not be returned to Nutritional Services. Café line special function will also be available for order through NMCcatertrax .
Nutritional services requests a minimum of 7 days in advance notice of the event. In the event a last minute special function is required, additional approval will be needed to ensure the request can be accommodated.
All special function requests must be pre approved by reporting administrator.
All special functions will require a cost center number. Special functions are designed to service business needs of the hospital
A calendar is maintained listing all events to insure that the demand for service does not exceed the ability of the department to deliver.
Function request cost will be calculated upon ordering if possible, and again after the function is complete to capture all costs associated with the event. Significant differences in these areas should be investigated immediately to avoid over/under charging in the future.
Foods prepared for catering that is canceled will be charged to the cost center listed on the order.
